Product Quality: All tubers are guaranteed to have at least 1 eye and sound body for immediate planting. While we do test for virus, cull compromised stock and any visibly sick plants, we can not guarantee virus free tubers. This is a risk we all take while purchasing tubers.

Shipping: We are only shipping to the 50 United States. Our apologies to our Canadian friends. All orders will ship through USPS with tracking. Price break outs are $10.50 & $14.50 depending on the number of tubers purchased. This is calculated by the website. We will not be combining orders this season. Each order will ship separately. Shipping will start within 6 days of sale posting (5/8/24). Orders will be backed first to last.
We are not responsible for lost packages through the USPS or porch pirate thefts.

Refunds: Please contact me if tubers arrived compromised or broken. Please do this within 4 days of the package arriving. Email - kate.coldwaterflowers@gmail.com with pictures of the tubers. We are not responsible for any poor doing dahlias during the growing season, whether it is grower error or nature inflicted. This includes the growing bench, pre-started plants for cuttings, pot growing or field planting.
